Create digital content of the highest standard, from concept through to final artwork delivery An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Digital Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team at Seed Heritage. With a focus on Digital Graphic Design, as well as video editing and animation, this role will be responsible for creating digital design solutions for best practice user experience and end-to-end customer journey, with mobile first design front of mind. Working closely with the Brand Art Director, Creative Manager, Digital & PR/Social Manager and Copywriter to design all digital assets for Seed Heritage across woman, man, teen, child, baby & home. THE ROLE: Concepting quarterly graphic type treatments for monthly campaigns Support the Art Director in motion executions, require the ability to edit all films from rough cuts through to final edits, source channel appropriate sounds and tracks and creating storyboards to communicate ideas Align with the Marketing calendar to propose the flow and rollout of brand eDMs. Develop digital marketing outputs across all categories, including: Monthly campaign assets product EDMs, website, social and ads Be involved in a variety of meaningful partnership campaigns (i.e Jeans for Genes, ALNF, Make a Wish) Lead and own the direction of promotional campaigns, ensuring brand cohesion and freshness Be heavily involved in all major brand moments, from concepting, planning and delivering outstanding creative (i.e. Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Easter and Festive) Involvement in Seed events and creative outputs On-site in St Kilda Rd offices 5 days per week. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: 3 years' experience in digital creative (agency is a plus) Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects as well as design app Figma A tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and use initiative to improve and develop outputs and processes Innate eye for detail and a healthy curiosity about the digital landscape Strong organisational skills required to improve filing system Demonstrated experience working to tight deadlines and ability to prioritise workload Strong presentation skills and ability to take and resolve feedback in a live group environment Comfortable with image cropping and post-production for same-day events Ability to manage individual briefs on project management platforms (i.e. Jira) WHY JOIN THE SEED HERITAGE TEAM?
