Senior Customer Service Officer Parliament of Victoria, Department of Parliamentary ServicesAbout the role Situated at the iconic Parliament House in the heart of the CBD, the Senior Customer Service Officer has oversight of the operations of the Parliament's Dining Rooms, ensuring a high standard of service is delivered to all patrons. Supervising employees and agency personnel, this role provides support, instruction and on-the-job training. Working collaboratively with the Customer Service Coordinator, Manager, Executive Chef and Functions and Events Coordinator, the Senior Customer Service Officer ensures day-to-day service delivery, staffing requirements and administrative processes are managed and maintained effectively. Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role sits within a tight-knit, professional team who share a passion and commitment for showcasing locally grown produce to offer a quality experience to all guests of Parliament House.About you You are an enthusiastic customer service professional and supervisor, with a track record of success in the provision of front-of-house services to a diverse client group. A strong communicator, collaborator and team player, with excellent organisational, self-management and administrative skills.
