The Role They are seeking to employ an experienced Construction Safety Advisor on a permanent basis with the the following skills and experience. Minimum Cert IV in OHS Proven experience in safety in building construction is a must Stable work history with head contractor is a must 5 plus years in pure safety roles Facilitate pre starts and toolbox meetings Ran inductions Strong ability to manage systems and processes Accident investigations Maintain site documentation Site observations and safety meetings Strong ability to foresee risk Hands on approach with a can do attitude Experience working in safety in Australia Above average communications skills both verbal and written Motivated and driven The Rewards In return for your above skills and experience you will be rewarded with an excellent salary package, a career enhancing role and stable employment due to secured work.
