Duties will include: All things front of house - Incoming calls and taking messages, updating contact details, and managing all correspondence (email, letters, packages etc.) Calendar management Support regarding insurance enquiries, policy details, and claims processes Greet all clients and customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner Maintain records of insurance policies Assisting contractors with safety inductions and enquiries General administration Do you have what it takes… You will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience performing in a reception / administrative environment and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional customer service experience. Insurance administration and/or contracts administration highly desirable To succeed in this role, you will be motivated, proactive and organised and have great communication skills.
