An exciting opportunity exists for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Campbellfield. This is a permanent full-time position Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday shift available, PM Shift 1:00pm - 10:00pm Responsibilities: Serve as the primary person responsible for team management, ensuring cohesion, productivity, and a positive work environment. Oversee timesheets and leave requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Implement performance management strategies to drive continuous improvement and maintain high standards of performance. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to oversee and motivate the PM shift team. Utilize exceptional organizational skills to ensure smooth operations of transport schedules. Maintain a keen eye for detail to guarantee accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Ensure the seamless preparation and dispatch of linehaul trucks. Collaborate with various departments to optimize workflow and meet deadlines. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics industry. Current forklift licence MC or HC truck licence. In-depth knowledge of linehaul truck preparation processes. Proven track record of effective communication and teamwork.
