My client is seeking an experienced and driven Centre Manager to manage a premium asset in NSW. About the company: This organisation is a leader in real estate with millions of people enjoying their assets every year. We are now seeking a Centre Manager to join the retail portfolio and manage this high-performing centre. About the role: As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for leading the on-site centre team, focusing on maximising revenue and customer experience. You will be an “all-rounder” who has experience working across all facets of shopping centre management Your key responsibilities will include: Take ownership of the full suite of asset services across the asset Lead & develop the centre team Work closely with Marketing & leasing teams on innovative campaigns and effective positioning strategies Oversee CAPEX plans & expenditure Drive strategic future planning of asset Negotiate Lease renewals Extensive tenant liaison Develop effective cost-saving strategies Ongoing adherence and improvement to policies & procedures Budgeting, forecasting and general financial management Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations Manage lease compliance by all tenants and owners The Ideal Candidate Previous Centre Management, Management experience, minimum 5 years Proven track record in strategic asset and CAPEX planning Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail Strategic asset planning and Leasing Strong organisational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects/tasks simultaneously The ability to build relationships with stakeholders quickly and manage client expectations Advanced communication skills and a proactive and professional approach If this sounds like you, please contact Hannah McDonald on 0493 943 874 for a confidential discussion.
