We have an opportunity available in our Energy division for a Trainee Administrator. This position is a full time permanent role based in Darwin. Trainee Administrator Receptionist duties including but not limited to distribute all incoming calls and phone messages. Provide high quality administrative support to the Operations Manager and operations project teams. Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. Monitoring email inboxes effectively Manage visitor traffic in a positive and professional manner Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office. Assisting with operational and general administration duties. Successful candidate will be supported in completing a Cert III Business Why us?
