You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. This is a fast paced, phone based role and you will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including: Concierge and welcome calls Missed payments and early-intervention collections Simple customer service enquiries See Yourself in our Team We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 5am to 7pm AWST. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office We're Interested in hearing from people who Genuinely care about the experience of customers Have excellent communication skills Have the ability to navigate new technology and computer systems Are naturally curious, resilient, empathetic and adaptable Have aspirations to grow their career with us Hours and training To be considered for this role you must have the following availability: Available to work a minimum 15 hours per week, split over 3 shifts Available for at least two evening shifts on a weeknight Available to work from the Perth office, 300 Murray Street, once a fortnight Outside of this, we'll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training, at 15 hours per week for 4 weeks Training will be on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10.00am - 3.00pm AWST Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model.
