As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive first impression of this well-regarded firm. About the Role Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional manner, ensuring a friendly and inviting reception area; Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information or redirecting calls, as necessary; Maintain a neat and organised reception area, ensuring a presentable and welcoming environment; Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services; Coordinate and schedule meeting rooms, ensuring they are properly set up with necessary equipment and resources; Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information; and Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed. Skills & Experience Legal or Professional Services experience preferred; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and employees at all levels; Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively; Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Professional appearance and demeanour, with a friendly and approachable attitude; Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work; and Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and handle situations with professionalism.
