This is a mid-sized firm with a family-feel and respectful, supportive environment. The role Due to an increase in workload, there is a need for an additional administrator who will be a dedicated resource for the construction engineering group. Whilst this role is office-based, there will be an opportunity to visit sites to see live projects - so this position will suit someone with a keen interest in supporting the construction industry. Typical tasks will include: Meeting coordination, minutes and follow up on actions Producing reports Progress claims Project administration Site safety reports Communicating with various stakeholders Skills and experience: Whilst experience in an engineering consultancy or construction firm will be highly regarded, it is not essential as processes can be trained.
