Part Time Sales Assistant - Brisbane — Eagle Farm, Brisbane

We currently have a Part time role available for a Retail Sales Assistant, based in our Brisbane Store. You would be working full-time hours across Monday to Friday. As a Sales Assistant, you will provide exceptional customer service to all our customers to maximise their experience. You will be a team player, providing support in maintaining the upkeep of the store and replenishment of our stock. THE ROLE The key focus areas of the role include: Greeting customers and providing exceptional service Demonstrating sales techniques to support our customers in making an informed purchasing decision Daily stock and merchandising duties Dealing with all aspects of till operation Update and develop the Store databases Answering telephone, sales queries, placement of orders for direct delivery, quotations Receiving, checking off and merchandising deliveries of replenishment stock Other general retail responsibilities Champion our Company values of Working Together, Authenticity, Customer Passion, Agility & Accountability WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience: Customer facing role experience (retail or other) Catering equipment/technical product knowledge (desirable) Experience working with POS systems and/or warehouse/inventory systems Driven and possesses willingness to learn new tasks Enjoys building rapport with customers and team members alike.
