We are currently seeking a permanent Perth-based Brownfields Execution Lead. About the Job As a Technip Energies Brownfields Execution Lead you play a crucial role overseeing the successful execution of a pivotal project. To ensure the safety and effectiveness of execution. Promote and drive QHSE awareness, safe working and safe behaviour during the offshore campaign. Summary: Provide leadership and manage the construction disciplines (piping, structural, welding, painting, mechanical, E&I, insulation & rigging) and all commissioning activities associated for Brownfields projects during project development and execution. Manage teams across multiple projects comprising of Construction and Commissioning Co-ordinators and various contractors and sub-contractors. Prepare and implement scope definition, detailed plans, resources, permits & isolations, materials and documentations for project delivery. Lead project meetings and produce progress reports for internal and external stakeholders as required. Lead Onshore implementations activities with Work Readiness Lead, Onshore Engineering and Offshore implementation teams. Prepares cost estimation and financial projections for projections. Prepares and reviews planning and logistics data for offshore planning and personnel logistics. Management of all internal and external stakeholders during project delivery. Un-learn outdated approaches and re-learn industry best practice deploying this within the specialist field to ensure we maintain the leading edge in our field. Available to travel, spend time offshore as/if required. About You To be successful in this role, you will need to Tertiary or relevant trade qualification. Formal training in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) preferable. Strong offshore plant brownfields construction background. Track record of Australian offshore construction projects. Experience of operating in different Oceania/Asia Pacific countries/regions preferable. Minimum of 15 years' experience in relevant oil and gas engineering discipline in offshore plant construction with at least 10 years focused on construction engineering. Proven experience related to proactive control of project cost and schedule. Strong problem solving, management and organisation skills. Computer literate, extensive use of Microsoft Office suite and construction management and completion databases. You should also have high level of interpersonal and communication, with leadership experience to motivate and manage project teams to deliver high-quality results.
