What you'll do: Researching and implementing cutting-edge methods and innovations to enhance user experience. You will be working from research to prototyping alongside a UI designer. Conducting thorough user testing to validate design usability, while maintaining a bias towards action and timely delivery. Creating clear and effective wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to articulate design concepts and solutions. Presenting and defending designs to both peers and executive stakeholders at key milestones. Utilizing customer insights and market testing results to prioritize design optimizations for improved user experience and conversion rates. Collaborating with the wider design community to ensure consistency and integration across all platforms. Advocating for and contributing to the development of design guidelines, best practices, and standards. Looking for: Experience working on conversion rate optimisation within a large enterprise is essential for this role. Senior-level experience in designing for consumer brands, demonstrated through a strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and innovative thinking. Proficiency in digital design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and collaboration platforms like Mural for prototyping and teamwork. Experience and enthusiasm for working in a high-performing Agile environment, ensuring efficient collaboration and rapid iteration. Solid understanding of sales and marketing concepts, enhancing the ability to create designs that align with business objectives. This is a Sydney based, hybrid role working 3 days in office, 2 days working from home.
