Administrative Officer — Ipswich Region, Queensland

Principal responsibilities of this role include:- Providing quality services in word processing, spread sheeting and data input.- Providing administrative services including processing orders, claims for payment, filing, record keeping, administrative support and collation of data and information.- Operation and maintenance of office equipment including but not limited to photocopier, facsimile and telephone system.- Assisting in the development and maintenance of administrative and office procedures and systems to ensure the provision of quality administrative support services to the workgroup.- Contributing to effective team work by developing an understanding of the roles and duties of other team members and working collaboratively to deliver services to the workgroup.- Enhancing the local community by actively practicing and promoting excellence in service delivery and public administration and identifying opportunities for improving client service.- Recognising and contributing to the AS&RS Governance Structure, supporting quality outcomes for clients through the delivery of quality services and continuous improvement.Delegations The position does not hold any human resource and financial delegations.Is this role for you?
