ABOUT THE ROLE Play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of a large-scale Zero Emission Bus project by handling documentation, administration, communication and reporting in accordance with client requirements and project specifications. This is a fixed term contract planned for completion on 30 September 2025. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Ensure compliance with the client’s administration and reporting requirements. Maintain accurate up-to-date project documentation and coordinate document reviews, approvals and revisions as needed. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and correspondence, facilitate communication between project stakeholders and prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes and action items. Generate regular progress reports, status updates and performance metrics as required. Track project milestones, deliverables and expenditures to monitor progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. Monitor contract compliance administration and coordinate with the project team to resolve any contract-related administrative issues. Assist with procurement activities. Provide general administrative support to the project team including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and managing calendars. ABOUT YOU Relevant experience in a similar role. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. HIGHLY DESIREABLE SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field. Ability to be proactive.
