Company Description Foster Engagement and Productivity Do you have a passion for coordinating Corporate onsite floor Facilities mixed with providing exemplary customer service? If so, we want you to join our team You will be part of our Corporate Reception team based at one of our prestigious national clients at Barangaroo. The role will be offered on a permanent full time basis working Monday to Friday, rotating shifts from 7.30am to 4.00pm and 9.30am to 6.00pm. You must be available to work both shifts. Salary is $65,000 Super. Who are we looking for? We're looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environment; there's never a dull moment at Sodexo. You will contribute to our success by overseeing seamless meeting room and booking coordination, incoming call management, event coordination using specific event management software, audio visual support, general administrative duties all the while being the ultimate communicator to our guests and clients. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience within a similar role/industry and/or a strong customer service background. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, staff and colleagues as well as being able to self-manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function effectively under pressure.
