About the role As a Medical Receptionist, you will act as the first and last point of contact for our patients, providing excellent service, accurate bookings of procedures, settling patient accounts and updating patient profiles. This role is Temporary Full Time for a 12 month period commencing in April 2024. Your flexibility is key as start and finish times will be variable. Being a hospital site, operating hours are during and outside of standard business hours. This branch opens 7 days a week with service level hours subject to change as per the demands of the branch and/or hospital. There is an expectation of this role to work hours across the full week as per the branch roster.
