We operate with honesty and integrity, we care about our people, and we want to see you succeed ABOUT THE JOB This role has the flexibility to work up to 30 hours per week, the successful candidate must be available on weekdays and evenings, part-time available for the right candidate. As a Kitchenhand, you will be required to perform cleaning duties within the kitchen department as required. This includes but is not limited to the cleaning of cooking and general utensils/crockery used in a kitchen, bistro, restaurant, and function departments. Assist employees who are cooking and preparing food Assembly of ingredients for salads and other non-cooked menu items as required Assist as required in undertaking general pantry duties Participate as part of a team providing services to patrons to ensure an excellent customer experience Follow directions of management during shifts Follow all hotel policies and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment is maintained Other duties as required to effectively manage the hotel and provide an exceptional customer experience, or as directed by management ABOUT YOU If you are a 'can-do' person, who thrives on new challenges; likes working in a team within a diverse environment, and consistently delivers to the highest quality, then you'll fit right in and we'd like to have you on our team. There are no formal qualifications required for this role. Candidates with previous experience in kitchens, cleaning, knowledge of work health safety, and food hygiene are preferable.
