As a Kitchenhand, you will be required to perform cleaning duties within the kitchen department as required. This includes but is not limited to the cleaning of cooking and general utensils/crockery used in a kitchen, bistro, restaurant, and function departments. Assist employees who are cooking and preparing food Assembly of ingredients for salads and other non-cooked menu items as required Assist as required in undertaking general pantry duties Participate as part of a team providing services to patrons to ensure an excellent customer experience Follow directions of management during shifts Follow all hotel policies and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment is maintained Other duties as required to effectively manage the hotel and provide an exceptional customer experience, or as directed by management ABOUT YOU If you are a 'can-do' person, who thrives on new challenges; likes working in a team within a diverse environment, and consistently delivers to the highest quality, then you'll fit right in and we'd like to have you on our team.
