Other impact areas include supporting residents with mental health concerns, domestic violence, employment and skills participation, wellbeing and inclusion and developing cohesive communities. They are seeking a professional and articulate Corporate Receptionist / Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis to support some internal secondments for a period of 3 months. Your Role Reporting into the Office Manager, your role will involve: - Answering incoming calls - Meeting and greeting clients - Arranging couriers / deliveries - Managing meeting rooms - Updating client details and files - Arranging catering - Project Administration support as required - Ad hoc administration support Your Profile You will be an immaculately presented corporate receptionist with significant experience managing a busy switchboard. You will also bring experience in arranging and taking deliveries and general administration. You will have a high level of emotional intelligence and work well with all types of demographics. You will use your experience and mature minded approach to handle all calls and enquiries with care. This role is for a minimum of 3 months and it may extend longer.
