You will be the 'face' of the CBRE Brisbane business, being the main interface with clients, staff, contractors and service providers as they pass through our client areas. About the role: - First point of contact for all visitors, clients, and contractor by greeting all visitors at reception. - Organisation, set up meetings and internal events, oversee room bookings. - Manage office supplies and stationary items, order supplies, mail distribution, courier bookings, ensuring refreshments, kitchen and printing stations are stocked. - Assist office manager with events, draft and distribute invitations, design marketing items, liaise with vendors, track attendees etc. - Provide finance support, process supplier invoices, and reconcile expenses. - Assist onboarding new starters, program access cards, compile welcome packs, conduct office tours etc. - Administration support for broader Brisbane office, occasional responsibility for answering phones (as overflow from our centralised switch board). - Opportunity to develop your skills and provide additional support to the Office Manager on various tasks and strategic projects About you: - Experience in a similar role in a corporate environment. - Warm and relaxed manner with excellent communication skills. - Proactive approach to tasks and everyday duties. - Professionally presented with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels. - Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and take initiative to anticipate the needs of the CBRE team and clients. - Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines. - Microsoft Office skills - PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel.
