Company Description Our Global client is a highly regarded professional services firm based on Eagle Street. We seek an experienced corporate team member to assist with Front of house Reception duties. This is a full time role Monday to Friday 38hrs - $63-65,000 Super. A fantastic location overlooking the Brisbane river, surrounded by lunch venues and a close walk to the Queen St mall. This is a professional role, where you will be the first point of contact for both corporate clients and the internal team. Your duties will include: managing visitors records and meeting rooms bookings AV support placing catering orders meeting room setups controlling inventory ordering co-ordinating visitors passes and arranging passes for new employees other duties to support to the Facilities team when required Who are we looking for? You will have previous experience in a busy, corporate environment dealing with clients professionally and confidently. Your background may include experience as a corporate front of house receptionist in a professional services environment. Why choose Sodexo?
