Offering a comprehensive suite of professional services including market intelligence, portfolio strategy, transactions & advisory, community development, project marketing, and property management, our client provide confidence and partnership across the full project & purchasing lifecycle. Working between the stunning office in the CBD and the development sites around in the North-West, you will work under their experienced estate managers who provide exceptional training to get you where you need to be - on your way to moving up in the company. If you are self-motivated, hungry and looking to establish yourself in the property market, please apply now What's in it for you? $60,000 - $70,000 Super Commission (OTE's $150K-$200K) 10:30-5pm working days Full time - Tuesday's and Wednesday's off Guidance and training from engaged Estate Managers Leads provided - no need to search for your own Honest career progression & growth - a huge focus in this company Immediate Start Great culture & staff engagement - incentive lunches and monthly dinners What do you do? Meet monthly and annual sales targets Follow-up on all leads provided and all queries (including online queries) from prospects with the aim to convert them to clients Build strong relationships and rapport with potential clients in order to close as many sales as possible Pass on product knowledge Assist estate manager where necessary Create and maintain an exceptional level of client/customer satisfaction and service What do you need?
