We are seeking customer-focused and dedicated Medical Receptionists to work across our Albury Base Hospital and Ramsay Place clinics. We are a close-knit team, searching for staff to join our I-MED community. Full-time and part-time permanent positions will be considered, covering Monday to Friday shifts between 7am to 10pm along with one weekend every six weeks. What will you be doing? Be the first point of contact for patients at reception Make appointments for multiple modalities (e.g., x-ray, MRI, ultrasound) Providing excellent customer service and patient care Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues, and managers Our Ideal Candidate Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Customer service Experience Experience in reception and administration is preferred, however not essential as comprehensive training is provided .
