Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be supporting a team of doctors and your key responsibilities will be: Your key responsibilities will include: Meeting and greeting of patients and providing a first class service Booking appointments and procedures for a team of doctors Management of all patient data, correspondence Invoicing and receipting of consultations Ordering of office supplies To be successful you will have the following skills/attributes: Prior Medical reception experience Knowledge of Genie advantageous Medical terminology and typing preferred Experience in Windows (Microsoft Word & Outlook) High level organisational skills High level customer service skills Accurate data entry skills Good verbal and written communication skills An excellent phone manner Commitment to patient care This is an exciting opportunity to further advance your career in a highly successful and growing practice.
