Fixed Term 12-month contract with a 35 hour working week 17.5% annual leave loading and flex leave Hybrid working environment, offering starting salary of $120,859 About the Role In this role you will create and curate technical and operational learning content for customer service professionals in Lifetime Schemes. You will develop quick reference guides, instructional videos, slide packs and facilitator guides for face-to-face learning and e-learning content. You will identify stakeholder learning needs, develop the training plan and design effective learning interventions including learning collateral, face to face training materials and facilitator guides using PowerPoint, video, and e-learning modules in accordance with icare's brand guidelines. Work collaboratively with SMEs (i.e. frontline and supporting services staff and people leaders) in the preparation of content to ensure a consistent approach is applied. Ensure all reports and other coordination tools provided to the business are easy to use for managers, and provide sound data which is relevant to the audience. Provide specialist writing advice, guidance and support to the team to develop, maintain and facilitate document and knowledge management improvements. Provide regular progress updates to manager and project stream lead, and work with the project group to prioritise tasks and ensure timely delivery. Champion icare values when making decisions, interacting with all stakeholders and when considering any aspect of the training program. Design and publish all resources and material (including online and paper based) and ensure they provide appropriate support to the business Skills & Experience A broad range of experience and education in instructional design and content development. An ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Experience with Articulate software. Highly developed instructional design skills combined with an eye for detail and an understanding of adult learning principles.
