With a strong reputation, they are seeking a Senior Leasing Executive to play a key role in the continued success of their shopping centres. About the role: As a Senior Leasing Executive, you will look after a portion of the retail portfolio responsible for identifying and securing leasing opportunities across the centres while staying on top of market trends, new retailers & competitor activity. Negotiation of new and existing leases Continue to grow relationships with current retail tenants Reduce vacancy rates of the centres in portfolio Work closely with stakeholders To be successful in this role, you will need a proven track record of at least 4 years leasing within the retail sector as well as: A proven track record in creating leads and growing retail assets. Success in achieving results through relationship management with all levels of stakeholders, and by driving a customer-centric strategy. Excellent planning and organisational skills to prioritise work and meet tight deadlines Ability to maintain a high level of communication with Owners, Centre Management and major chain retailers.
