With a team of interior designers, project managers, joiners, estimators, and drafters; they service their clients from designing their ideas and advising on profitability to delivering their design and fit-out projects on time. ABOUT THE POSITION. This position is ideal for a personable and driven Mid-level Interior Designer to work in a boutique studio. Assist in managing the different stages across the diverse hospitality projects they have. You will be expected to be client-facing, leading presentations, and working on concepts, drawings, and specifications. DUTIES. Work on feasibility reports, concept design and documentation Deliver FE&E and present materials selections Preparation of working drawings, specifications and schedules Work across multiple projects simultaneously Close Client interaction and ad hoc site visits SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Project coordination and team management skills as a Mid-level Interior Designer ArchiCAD proficiency You must have carried projects from concept to completion Previous Hospitality experience required Be personable with excellent Client interaction skills CULTURE.
