This is a permanent full-time role with an attractive salary on offer. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing the pre-construction and construction phases of the construction process Develop and maintain project schedules using our project management software Overseeing estimating and pre-construction team to procure all necessary trades & suppliers Distributing project design & information to contractors Supporting Site Supervisors with appropriate construction phase information Overseeing compliance of our Safety Management Plans, project scopes and plans Develop and maintain project budgets with the support of accounts/estimator Oversee projects from commencement to handover Develop and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships Ensure quality and safety standards remain high to minimise harm/injury Review quotes/tenders Assist the Operations Manager in project preparation and project review Help overcome issues that may arise and be actively involved in the problem-solving of day-to-day operation The ideal candidate will have experience and skills as follows: 5 years experience in mid-rise construction Ability to work with Procore program or similar A current driver's licence and reliable car Can work under pressure and to deadlines A critical thinker and problem solver Have a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and are a great team player Why should you apply?
