Be part of a collaborative administration team, reporting into a people-focused Administration Manager. Main Duties/Responsibilities: As the Receptionist, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the daily operations in the office. Serve as the company's welcoming face and voice, managing phones, emails, and client interactions with professionalism. Handle mail efficiently, ensuring timely distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. Manage office supplies; stationery, uniforms, and printers, kitchen supplies Boardroom and meeting room setup and maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for meetings & order catering Ensure kitchen and breakout areas remain clean and well-maintained. Assist with administration tasks, such as document management and overflow from the team. Be prepared to assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
