What will the role involve? Reviewing commercial contracts to ensure the information is complete and captured correctly Ensure the contract details are accurately reflected in the CRM system ( Salesforce ) Liaising with relevant departments to ensure any discrepancies or incomplete details are addressed and rectified Communication between various departments to keep them informed of updates/progress Proactively follow up any discrepancies with sales representatives in a timely manner Escalation urgent matters to reporting manager or CFP Competitive salary on offer for the right candidate What you will need; We are looking for highly organised, motivated and professional candidates that have great administrative skills Exposure to bookkeeping with a great eye for detail (basic accounting knowledge) You will have drive, ambition and a willingness to learn Submit your application using the relevant links.
