THE ROLE We are looking for a passionate and experienced Bartender professional who is excited to be part of our growing and one-of-a-kind vision and can comfortably guide our guests through the Omnia experience. ABOUT YOU Strong spirits, cocktail and beverage knowledge from classics to custom designed drinks. Basic wine knowledge is preferable. Excellent attention to detail. Understanding sequence of service. Valid RSA and previous experience in a bistro & bar or restaurant.
