In this role you will be part of a close knit team who are responsible for supporting key clients in their requirements whilst providing excellent customer service. The clients are located in Australia and internationally. This role is suited to someone that thrives in a busy customer environment. Key Responsibilities You will have a key portfolio of clients where you are the first point of contact Follow the documented guidelines and requirements for each customer Processing your customers orders on a day to day basis in an accurate and efficient manner Responding to all client enquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner Have a flexible approach and work with key stakeholders to achieve a client focused outcome File all purchase orders & supporting documentation accordingly to the documented process on the common drive.
