Outbound calls to update customers on order status Answer inbound calls, emails to allocate work generated Maintain customer data in systems Plan & execute proactive outbound communication to advise customers on status of orders; issues & enquiries until they are resolved to customers satisfaction, Answering telephone/email/inbound communication promptly, allocating the work generated from inbound communication appropriately for ALS, CCP and BMT as required.
