About the role Answer incoming calls and direct their enquiries as required; Communicate with customers and end users to triage issues and collect other key information; Order processing; Sales coordinating; Reporting; and Managing records and accounts ensure compliance is accurately up to date. About you 3 years in a Customer Service Administration role; Desirable experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain; Strong communications skills written and verbal; Strong computer literacy - MS Office; A team player who is willing to assist others; and Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills.
