We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join one of Australia’s leading agricultural suppliers based in Melbourne CBD on a temporary basis for 3 months, with the potential for extension. The current team are committed to providing personalised customer service and ensuring efficiency and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Maintain real-time knowledge of product availability and dispatch capacity. Ensure all customers have access to the booking systems for timely booking and dispatch of product. Clarify booking and load amendment processes for customers. Set appropriate capacity and constraints in the booking systems for timely product delivery. Respond promptly to customer problems and contribute to improving the customer experience. Key Qualities & Characteristics: Ability to develop relationships with internal stakeholders. Understand timing and mechanical processes of product dispatch. Effectively communication with stakeholders regarding terminal dispatch capacity. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to problem solve and collaborate effectively. Key Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Previous customer service experience preferred, particularly in the agricultural industry. Ability to problem solve and think quickly. Quality Control experience is a plus.
