As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for phone based internal sales administration. Responsibilities: Entering sales orders and processing Open new customer accounts on EWS and complete the process through to ensure first delivery is effected. Monthly sale reporting of new business and accounts, including and pipeline sales. Manage and grow your portfolio of clients. About you: Demonstrated exceptional customer service & relationship building 2-3 years in tele-sales. Prior experience in SaleForce (Preferred but not essential) High problem-solving abilities thinking on your feet. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow up on actions.
