ROLE As a Director of Sales you will lead and grow product sales across Australia. You will be accountable for sales performance and market share growth. You will build a successful sales team, grow market share, and profitability while establishing preferred supplier contract agreements. Achieve sales growth and profitability across Australia Assist in asset management goals and inventory forecasting Contribute to the development of standard specifications and sales training Drive Market Share goals in defined segments Provide feedback on opportunities, competitive pressures, and pricing strategies Facilitate corporate sales strategy and initiatives Achieve financial sales targets Manage recruitment, training, and development of direct reports Assist in negotiating contracts with large customers Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Attend industry events and maintain REQUIREMENTS Previous experience in a senior sales leadership position, ideally within capital equipment, construction machinery, material handling or agriculture machinery industry Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
