What you will do: Respond to high-volume inbound calls and resolve customer enquiries. Liaise with warehouse, freight carriers, and express couriers. Assist with customer queries regarding deliveries and logistics. Act as positive brand ambassador and provide exceptional customer service. Professionally resolve customer complaints where necessary As a Team Lead you will Receive full training Have a strong Product Knowledge Motivate your team and help support achieving KPIs Provide feedback to the team and Senior Managers What you will bring: 1-2 years’ experience in a phone-based Customer Service role. SAP is preferred but not essential Fantastic communication skills, both verbal and written. Proactive approach to tasks and able to manage high-volume inbound calls.
