About the role The Social Work team provides patients with additional support to improve psychological and social functioning and we ensure each patients social, emotional and cultural needs are met. We minimise the negative impacts of illness and hospitalisation on patients. We are a dynamic and innovative group who is always willing to share knowledge and peer support.
