Role Overview: As the Internal Sales Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the phone sales operations, guiding and empowering our sales team to achieve excellence. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, fostering a culture of collaboration, and delivering unparalleled customer experiences. If you have a passion for people and sales success, we want you on our team Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the phone sales team, setting clear goals and providing the guidance and support they need to succeed. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer service. Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Provide ongoing coaching, training and development to team members, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to excel. What we are looking for: Proven experience in managing phone based sales teams, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth Solid previous experience gained within a call centre or phone based sales environment is essential Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their full potential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships and fostering collaboration. Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
