Retail Trainer — Bondi Junction, Eastern Suburbs

Our client, a respected Registered Training Organization (RTO) based in Bondi Junction , is seeking a Retail Trainer and Assessor to join their team on a casual basis. Responsibilities: Support students with diverse learning needs and boost their confidence Ensure all training programs and student assessments are delivered up to date and meet industry standards as well as AQTF requirements Deliver training and assessment in the Certificate III in Retail in accordance with training and assessment strategies, delivery materials, and assessment tools Cultivate partnerships with various stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and quality assurance standards Develop engaging, relevant, and interactive teaching/ lesson plans that meet unit objectives Effective engagement and interactions with every student to ensure course completion Assist with job preparation, confidence building, career guidance and living skills, transition to work, securing employment, student placements and or further education Initiate and maintain effective partnerships, referral,s and ongoing involvement with internal staff, external organisations, businesses, other youth services, professional peak bodies, schools, and other educational institutions Effective promotion of program including agency, organisation, schools' outreach, and media promotion File management and record keeping Participate in compliance and quality assurance audits and deliver on resulting actions in conjunction with the RTO Manager Participation in validation and moderation requirements Uphold and implement RTO goals and philosophy Maintain a clear understanding of all legislation and reporting requirements in relation to children and young people in NSW Skills and Qualification Requirements : NSW Working with Children Check Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Flexible and adaptable Time management skills Certificate III in Business (preferred) Mental Health qualifications (preferred) Top 3 Job Position Highlights: Casual employment (3 - 4 days per week) Collaborative environment with the RTO Hands-on role in training and assessing students in the Certificate III in Retail course Seize this opportunity to be part of a team dedicated to nurturing future leaders in the retail industry.
