Industry leading Tier 1 builder are looking for a Senior Project Engineer for a $350m project in Regional NSW. The company undertake projects in a variety of sectors up to $500m. This is a permanent long term hire not just for the duration of this project - they will have a variety of future exciting projects to offer you once this has been completed. Responsibilities: Oversee and manage engineering aspects of the project, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions Establish and manage organised documentation control systems, including contracts, correspondences, and project records Assist in the preparation and evaluation of contractual claims and variations Generate regular reports on project financials, emphasising key performance indicators and potential risks Foster effective communication and collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations are met Work in tandem with project management and other departments to facilitate smooth project operations Requirements: Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on projects ranging between $30 million and $100 million Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field 5 years of experience in project engineering within the construction industry Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset Reliable references If you feel this is the job for you please get in touch with Alex Mitchell: 0449991120 / amitchellbluestonerecruitment.com or click apply.
