Key Responsibilities: Leads the electrical engineering aspects of renewable energy projects from conception to completion. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred. Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in electrical engineering roles within the Australian renewable energy sector, with a focus on utility-scale projects. Proficiency in electrical design software, such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, and ETAP, as well as familiarity with relevant codes and standards (e.g., AS/NZS 3000, AS/NZS 4777). Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage competing priorities, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
