Your New Role: Key responsibilities will include: Leading the EUC Engineering Capability in the management of EUC devices (laptops, desktops, tablets) and related IT services; Technical ownership of all EUC services; Develop and maintain SOE capability for asset management, security, patch management, applications packaging and deployment, mobility device management, drivers and software updates; Actively develop automation of tasks carried out by the team with zero touch tools and processes; Working closely with IT Operations to manage, maintain and enhance core infrastructure supporting EUC services; Work with IT Leadership to develop and implement the EUC services strategy and roadmap; Work with IT Service Management to develop and maintain an IT Service Catalogue and supporting processes (e.g. Asset management, Applications IT services, etc.); Meet KPI targets set for the team for incidents, tasks and service requests; Produce artefacts for knowledge sharing and train/mentor fellow employees; and Work proactively and collaboratively with IT teams and external suppliers. Your Skills & Experience You'll have: 2 years as an EUC engineer in an enterprise environment. Ideally you will have broad systems engineering skills; Superior interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills; Solid understanding of ITIL principles and processes; Highly experienced in administration, development and execution of Microsoft Office365 strategies for adoption and deployment; Highly experienced in the development and management of desktop SOE; Strong experience managing desktop Operating System and Application Patch Management; Experience in managing and maintaining Intune infrastructur; SME level knowledge of EUC hardware and Desktop Application platforms; and Strong documentation skills.
