Here in Mainframe Security Compliance, we’re looking for a Security focused person to be the key player in creating and building the Mainframe Security Compliance team as well as mentoring junior members within the team. The role will combine your current foundation in Cyber Security with a solid understanding of Industry, ANZ Business and Mainframe security standards/requirements. Thus, ensuring that Security is correctly prioritized, correctly implemented and understood by the ANZ Business, Application and Systems teams. What will your day look like • Translating Mainframe access requirements into best practice security software solutions. • Providing compliance approval outcomes and recommendations for Mainframe software solution details to ANZ security Administration teams. • Developing and maintaining re-usable Mainframe security architecture and design patterns for consumption - including: • Developing and ensuring continued review of Mainframe Security Compliance team processes and documentation. • Developing and ensuring continued review of Mainframe Security Compliance reporting streams. • Managing the team’s workload - including: • Having oversight of the team’s requests/tasks to ensure a prompt response to all customer needs. • Mentoring junior members of the team to help build their skills. • Evaluating requests for access to ANZ Mainframe platform and software resources against Industry, ANZ, and ANZ Mainframe Standards in relation to compliance and best practice. What will you bring? • An SME understanding of Security Principles, with the knowledge of designing, developing, evaluating, and reviewing secure solutions in an Agile environment for the Mainframe which facilitate scalability, extensibility, and reusability. • An established knowledge with IBM Mainframe Security Principles and Software. • The ability to communicate ANZ’s requirements for compliance and best practice in securing the ANZ Mainframe environment. • Knowledge and understanding of threat modelling methodologies and common tactics, techniques, and procedures in agile environments • At ANZ a growth mindset is at the heart of our culture, and we actively encourage people to try new things.
