The successful candidate will be part of a cross functional team of digital specialists, data & intelligence analytics, and technology professionals; creating and continuously improving an analytical product. Key responsibilities for this role: Develop, maintain and enhance sophisticated data models that support business-critical clinical analytics and reporting needs Design and implement robust, scalable data pipelines that effectively extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources, Use your analytics expertise to provide subject matter expertise and partner with product owners and customers to translate business needs into technical requirements Key requirements for this role: Advanced knowledge in building data visualisation using different dashboard and report development tools such as PowerBI , Qlik and Oracle Analytics Cloud Having worked with large, complex data to generate actionable insights – preferably with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Human Capital Management (HCM) data structures. Advanced SQL knowledge and experience, working with a variety of databases such as Oracle and Snowflake Advanced knowledge in building data integration pipelines using different ETL tools such as Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) , Informatica and Oracle Data Warehouse Administration Console (DAC) Delivering in a high-volume environment, using an Agile and/or Scrum approach We are actively interviewing for this position.
