About You The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills with experience in the areas of administration and/or student services and be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive school culture. One School and ID Attend knowledge are highly desirable. To be successful in this role, our ideal candidate will display the following skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; Excellent organisational skills; High level customer service; Show initiative and problem solve; Ability to work independently; Be able to multi-task and prioritise without guidance; Manage high pressure environments; Use of Microsoft Office suite; OneSchool, ID Attend and Passtab. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: One School, ID Attend, Passtab entries; Reception duties including student services; Processing early/late slips; Manage student attendance including updating unexplained absence records, roll marking and daily SMS absence messages; Administering of student medication; Management of student phones; Management of student loaned uniforms; Receipt of mail / deliveries; Other duties as directed by the Principal and Business Manager.
