Training Administration Officer Full-time Temporary Closes: 05 April 2024 Classification: Administrative Services Officer Class 3 Salary: $72,889 - $78,117 plus superannuation Position No: 03814 Directorate: Justice and Community Safety Advertised (Gazettal date): 26 March 2024 Contact Officer: Trish Malone on Trish.Maloneact.gov.au or (02) 6207 3964 Details: The Training Administration Officer works under the general direction of the Business Training Coordinator and is responsible for engaging with the Operational Services that make up the Emergency Services Agency (ESA) and external clients to manage training bookings, course enrolments and other administrative functions. The occupant of this role will be required to provide a range of administrative support to ESA Training (ESAT), including. ⦁ Assist with the co-ordination, scheduling and booking of training courses. ⦁ Provide quality client service to stakeholders. ⦁ Respond to general ESA training enquiries. ⦁ Administer the ordering of resources for ESAT as instructed. ⦁ Draft basic correspondence ⦁ Contribute to the revision and development of administrative procedures. ⦁ Basic data entry for ESAT . Eligibility/ Other Requirements: ⦁ Driver's licence 'Class C' is highly desirable. ⦁ This position does not require a pre-employment medical. ⦁ This position requires a Working with Vulnerable People Check. Note: This is a temporary position available 15 April 2024 for up to three months with the possibility of extension not exceeding six months. This position is based at the ESA Training Centre, Hume therefore there with be minimal access to public transportation. The successful applicant may be selected based on application and referee reports only. This position is available to ACT Government officers and employees only.
