About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Power Platform Engineer to work with key business stakeholders to develop, maintain & provide accurate business reporting using the Power BI application & Automation using Power Automate. Working from Mondays to Fridays at our GroundProbe office in Windsor, the Power Platform Engineer would be providing direct support to customers, guiding, training and leading small teams, and working with management to continuously improve our internal systems. Join us and be a part of our team dedicated to excellence in business reporting and system automation What you will be doing Design and develop custom solutions using PowerBI PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components; Build and uplift existing automation workflows using Power Automate; Build & Maintain Financial, NPS, DEI & other Business Critical Dashboards using PowerBI; Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, design and develop solutions, and implement them; Able to understand & analyse data, provide technical support and training to end-users; Ensure solutions are developed with quality, performance, and scalability in mind; Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions integrate with existing systems; Keep up to date with new Power Platform features and functionalities; Provide solution architecture recommendations to meet business requirements; Implement mobility solutions using PowerApps to improve user experience. What you will bring 2-3 years of experience working with Microsoft PowerBI; Demonstrated commercial experience developing and customising dashboards/reports using Power BI; PL-300 - Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (Desirable); Strong experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components; Expertise in uplifting automation workflows and mobility solutions; Experience in developing Power BI reports with multiple data sources; Knowledge of data sources such as SharePoint, Excel, and SQL Server.
