Programmed Skilled Workforce are looking for Clerical/Administrative freight staff to work at our client's site at Darwin Airport. The successful candidate will be joining a safety focused, team-oriented company, working in a fast-paced environment supporting a high-profile Aviation client.This is a dynamic and varied role, with the potential to become a long term team member within an ever evolving industry.Coming into their peak season, there is the ability to earn some great money with penalties and overtime. You will be flexible and available for shift work across a 7 day roster. Duties:Customer service, in person, via email and phoneKey stake holder engagement, customers, business partners and Commonwealth agentsOperating warehouse/freight management systems.Breakdown freight/Check-in cargo.Some Manual handlingLogistics planning, workflows, and operational control.Interactions with customers, empathy, and a strong commitment to Customer Service.Committed to achieve customer service excellence through KPI's and a strong customer focus.Other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
